Works performed:
- General demolition work,
- General construction work,
- Screeding, wall and stucco construction, ceiling penetrations, plastering, concrete и steel structural elements,
- Replacement of the external facade,
- Finishing works: tiles, suspended ceilings, panel cladding, flooring, wooden parquet, mobile wall, interior door carpentry, replacement of windows, glass,,
- Sanitary works: expansion of chilled water and central heating system, installation of 4-pipe fan coil units, expansion of plumbing system, construction of sanitary junction (adapted for the disabled, construction of mechanical ventilation system including expansion of one system with duct alterations, reconstruction of gas system, expansion of hydrant system.
